I’m using flipkart from 2 years and a Happy customer for his Good service.
It’s customer service is too Good, once I order a product of 3500 from my debit card but after 2 day’s I not need of that product so I will canceled it and flipkart refund my money within 24 hour. So I think flipkart gives us better service then other shopping sites.
Product quality is awesome, all product is good on flipkart as my experience there is no fake product as shopclues.
It’s delivery is too fast in big cities but in my town its little slow, it’s take about a week to send products in my town.
It’s app is premium, it’s interface is standard as compare to amazon and snapdeal or any other shopping sites.
It’s treatable and Reliable shopping website, I not get any type of issue in my recent experience and hope it’s will be maintain by flipkart.
