Very bad service from flipkart, and retailnet, .i received this prodouct tooday and its not starting.i have tried everything still some issue.i asked for replacement, instead of straightforward replacement theyre are saying technician visit will take place and after then only itll get replaced.
Now after replacement, instead of having its own ten days replacement warranty.new laptop will continue to cover same 10 days of original order.now its delivered on 2nd of july, technician is sheduled to visit on 7th of july.many days are already wasted in this and if any new issues arieses on laptop I get after replacement, filpkart says lll have to visit dell support for this.
