I had placed my order Xiaomi 11i 5gb . At the time of exchange the delivery boy says no exchange and after calling the customer care Ms Shakuntala says buy the phone if u want or xxld it. If I had to xxld the product I wouldnt have placed the order or even paid in advance for the product. Is this the way u treat your customers. After speaking to her and told her that I am expecting a call within 10 mins havent recieved a feed back. This is how customer service is provided.
After 15 mins got a call from Ms Paramjeet and she was like she doesnt know what is the matter and if u want take the phone take it otherwise xxld the order. Is this how u have trained your staff to speak to the customer and the best thing is that she couldnt hear me where I could hear her clearly and loudly. She disconnected the call .
In the terms and condition no where it is mention we will deny due to damage of screen.
I will definitely take the matter to the consumer forum. What u People show on site and what u people are doing is totally fraud. You people are forcing customer to pay the amt deducted for exchange and taking the entire AMT. U PPL are just making fake advertisement and looting people.
Being a well know brand like Flipkart not expecting such kind of service
