Flipkart knows how to insult customers!!

I had ordered a Wildcraft rucksack from them and they did not send it till after 5 days... I had specifically told them not to send it after 3.00pm, that particular evening, but, of course, they did not pay any heed and sent the consignment.. I had spoken to a floor supervisor Praveen too and asked him what kind of compensation they give to unhappy customers like us!! He came back with a Rs.139 refund offer, which was a 10% of the cost of the bag... Anyway, that was a complete insult to me..


I am not sure why these people do not understand the value of on time service.It is sad that people do not understand the sentiments and feelings of others.... I am still waiting for that product to reach my doorstep..it is 8 days now!!!! It was meant to be a gift for someone..and I was to give it to him 3 days ago!!! Not sure how they do business and survive!!
