Extremely poor services from flipkart they are nowhere near to amazon in terms of delievery.Their way of talking with their guest is substandard.They are not showing any updates regarding delievery in my phone.Even they are not giving updates regarding delievery options.Instead I can see a blank page for two days straight.Other apps like amazon are showing timeline about iur products and where our produ ts reached.They hide everything from us.I am not going to buy anything from flipkart next time.
Even my friend has ordered a phone and they have marked it deliverd whole he didnt have delievered yet.Such a pathetic services.And he has to be embarasses in front of his family.even he likes to buy from online but the way they are providing their services are not satisfying. There is literally no mechanism to authenticate delievery.Even the courier boy have authority to mark product delievered.
Sometimes they themselves cancelled the order with informing the customer.They have not given any messages regarding it.
Even I have ordered an makeup brush set of 12 of naked3 company but I recieved a fake product instead of naked3 I received a hello kitty brush set of 7 only I have given them the complain but they are not responding.
