Placed an order for Mi3 - OD200943735350437100 on the ill fated 6th october 2014 and was promised a delivery by 13th october 2014. today is the 18th of october and my order is still in transit.
I have made numerous calls to customer care but those idiots have no idea where the hell my order is!? all they say is, it will be delivered tomorrow, day after and today I spoke to one escalation manager who said it will come by Monday most probably.
I was supposed to go on holiday with my family on 14th october but I had cancelled that thinking my order will arrive on 15th latest. I not only miscalculated flipkart’s competitiveness, but I also lost 5 days of my life due to this mess created by flipkart and ekart. when I asked for compensation, they said they can give me the case free or 500 max. I do not want a case of 500. I want my phone today!epic fail! I will never buy from them, ever.
