I ordered a mobile phone in flipkart on 8th August 2019. Same has been cancelled. But even after 25days the amount not refunded to my credit card a/c. When I contacted flipkart, no proper response. Some times they say amount not at all debited.It is suprise how can I order thru credit card without debiting an amount. I have even sent email, tweet to higher ups like Mr bansal, Mr Kalyan Krishnamurthy. No response from them. Not even an acknowledgement. What to do. Amount is 10439.Never try with flipkart thru online payment. It’s risky and very poor service. I had given proof of debit also. But no response.worried about my money
