Back to Back Receiving - Disappointing Service From Flipkart.


1.Bought MotoG – Ordered For Express Delivery (Next Day Delivery), did not receive the same order the next day.


2.There was an offer of clothes purchase worth Rs.1000 before 31st March, placed an order on Flipkart – received totally damaged cloth.

  • Request for item refund:- Flipkart took 3 – 4 days to collect a single item, every morning used to receive message from Flipkart – today your item will be collected anytime before 7pm so I had to stay home waiting for Flipkart representative.

  • Upon returning the damaged item, now receiving a word that “Rs.1000 has gone, now you cannot avail Rs.1000”

It is not customer’s fault if Flipkart is delivering damaged item. Very disappointing customer service.
