Ordered two products Agaro Steamer and Scrubber from flipkart using flipkart pay later option, I got a delivery on February 23rd, where I received agaro scrubber and instead of steamer I received kids booties worth rupees 398, I contacted customer care immediately through Flipkart app and arranged for replacement, a delivery guy came and asked steamer , when told that we have received the different he was rude and said you can talk to flipkart I have an option to reject and then rejected and gone. After that spoke to Customer care they said it will be delivered on 3rd March I waited till evening I did not receive ay call however I got a message saying replacement is cancelled. Again I had been following up then said product will be replaced on 8th March, where they mentioned slightly late, today morning I got a call from Delivery guy He said he will delivery it in one hour, later he did not receive my call again I get a message saying customer rejected where he did not even come to my place. I again called customer service today I have requested for refund as Flipkart pay later calls me 15 times a day and trouble me. Refud request is raised and person I spoke to said there is a refund option. But I do not see it on application though. Request ID is IN2303091732570281879. Refund is rejected . Still now no resolution.. pay later calling me 10 times a day asking me to repeat the same thing .. wasting my time.. I’m going thru mental trauma
