A Christmas miracle indeed!
We actually made a large purchase from an Indian company- internet shopping, mind you- without getting screwed, cheated, robbed, hassled, harassed, deceived or dare I say it, inconvenienced in any way. Howzzat??
In December 2012 we ordered a washing machine, then the next day ordered a refrigerator. Each item was supposed to be delivered in 3 days from time of purchase, so we were expecting to receive them a day apart.
However, Flipkart personnel made sure we received both simultaneously! How cool is that?? Nothing was damaged, both appliances arrived properly packed and in good working order with all parts, manuals, etc. They even called a day before the items were supposed to be delivered to give us a heads up and also confirm the address.
OH! And I almost forgot...Free shipping on both items! Yay! :-D I rarely post good reviews because, quite frankly, I rarely enjoy good business experiences, but if I see someone doing right I’ll surely recommend their product or service.
Keep up the good work, Flipkart, and please do not follow the path of India Times!
