In a recent sale of Flipkart I decided to buy a bed from flipkart, it cost₹; 10000. The bed came after 7 days, my house is in 3rd and I have mentioned in the delivery address but the delivery team said that the bed is too heavy and so left it in ground floor only and said installation team will take it upstairs. When installation team came after 2 days there was only one person who on opening the box found that the bed was broken the bed was also of low quality got damaged very easily! So we got it replaced, replacement procedure took a almost 4 weeks after when new bed came and again the delivery team said they can't take it upstairs but after lot of request they decided to open the box and take bed upstairs in parts, they didn't handled the bed parts carefully and next day the installation team again found the parts broken so we finally get it returned and got refunded! It was a really devastating experience, I won't but huge stuff like beds form Flipkart again! Wasted a lot of time! I also request you to get your delivery boys trading give them good training and teach them how to handel stuff!
