My name ia tushar I leave in a apartment with 12 flats in it and did not order any product with flipkart but one day a currier man from flipkart deliveres a product tk my home and ask my mom to pay 415rs as she is uneducated she did not read the name on product as the name mentioned on product is Mr Kaushal and my name is Tushar hence my mom tought its someting tat I ordered and paid for same as I was not at home but later when I hot the info I called flipkart and ask them to help me on the matter but they direvtly denied by teeling ONCE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THEN FLIPKART IS NOT REAPONSIBLE. However the product I have received is a damage itwm and useless for me hence again I called flipkaft and ask to exchange itleast but again they denied with a sarcastic ans.
This is the reason I choose AMAZON over flipkart thanks for not helping me flipkart I will never recoment it to anyone.
