Hello friends I want to tell u about flipkart that it is far more expensive then real market
The charge more than the price of product as I had just wanted to purchase lumia 1520 in market new handset cost me 34500 but at flipkart it cost me 48500 rather than on big billion sale I got products at very cheap rates and when I compare services with others it is far more better as flipkart gives 100% service guaranty
But I was very disappointed? because I wanted redmi note 3 but it was not available after 7 months of launch site showed coming soon flipkart should make it’s stock up to date else the company can’t make profit
That’s all everyone should compare first then purchase
and the most worst thing is that the company did to my friend is that he had purchased recently one TV from flipkart, its quality is not good and I requested them to replacement. but they said its not possible. they only replace damage items . they will not take care quality .
but rather for god’d grace I don’t had to suffer this type of problem
another problem is that held is my friend and flipkart should take in notice is that
COD should be made available in all areas! I know a lot of people who buy from my place but it’s becoming a big issue that COD is not available. Also, The Cosmetics section is the worst. Books, Electronics & Media are good though. and the items take too many days to reach.
and I tell u one thing more that my friend also shared with me that
he Bought a book on Flipkart. The vendor did not deliver. Flipkart did not inform him of status. After active follow up Flipkart informed him that the vendor is defaulting, and he should buy the book from a different vendor. There was a price difference for buying from a different vendor, so he lost out on time and money. In all this Flipkart accepted absolutely no responsibility for my loss of time and money in the transaction. So net - if the transaction goes through, Flipkart get their commission, if it doesn’t, no skin off their nose. The loss is to the buyer’s account. Since then he buy at Amazon and Snapdeal. Much better experience.
