I want to tell you this thinks in details why I am say WORST .
I am some time select to buy product on flipkart.com recently I am purchases product "APEX DELL VOSTRO 1440 Laptop Battery 6 Cell". Purchases date of product is 20th September 2017.
When I am purchases this product I show the product cost is 1499 RS so when I go to purchases this product then they show 59 Rs extra apply on shopping but my shopping product is more than 500+ RS so I call the customer service and they tell me this 65 Rs cost apply form SELLER so we cant do anything for this its completely SELLER decision . So I am think its ok 65 Rs its a not big deal for me because I am getting a product in good price so I am place this order on my address that is
AT. Bori, Post.Vadkhal, Tel.Pen, Dist.Raigad Pin Code 402107. When I am place order on this address of pin code with the correct mobile no.
When I am get message today is your product delivery keep you money but when I see the location of address is At.KHOPOLI Raigad .
So I want to tell you what is this nonsence thing do by filpkart seller so I am CALL the flipkart and I tell the product is miss placed and my actual address is not KHOPOLI . So Flipkart executive tell me we cant do anything for this things and if I want that product so I need to go KHOPOLI and take that product.
When I tell that customer care that khopoli location its too long distance form my place so I tell that just open your google map on system and write there KHOPOLI and PEN have how much KP in Travel so there see then she say 32.7 KM . and she still say your product at that location we cant do anything so after that I tell that person if I am pay 65 RS extra for delivary and after that you say I need to go there for my product what the stupid thing are you speaking so she still say I cant do anything so I say can you give me the seller contact no so I contact that person so she say we dont have contact no of seller I say WTF this thing are you say you are a website owner and you dont have seller contact no so I things you are selling FAKE product on your website and I tell her so cancel my order because I don’t need FAKE product anymore.
So guys tell me what should I do and what you do on this situaltion when you get like this stupid answers I am attach here my call record time how much time I speak with flipkart customer care as well as my shopping product details . so you get understand what is actual problem .
Now I want to tell you one more big think before you pruchess product on flipkart first ask the seller contact no if they have seller contact no so after that buy any product on flipkart else all product fake if you have purchess any product in under warranty so how you replace without seller information and as usuvally flipkart say we dont have any no so our money is west so be carefull while purchess product on BIG FAKE FLIPKART
