Audio is low(the basic use of phone itself is at Question) Got to manage to live with it after customer support in setting
The back panel becomes loose
USB mode Charging Not happening(it detects and transfer the data)
Time of clock changes by itself
Refer the Flipkart for Srl. No 3 & 4(and the dis-satisfaction begins)
Got the call, the other side pretended that they are concern about the problem. =After in detail explanation lasting for about 6-8 Min the response was As the product has crossed 30 Days kindly refer to the service center=, The lady was not sure about when was the starting date of 30 Days After a lot of discussion She promised to refer to her senior.
Next Day again the call and same exercise to refer and explain all the problem in detail and the same answer of 30 Days( if the answer was same why wasting all the time and shamming that you are concerned),
Then I again refer to resolution cell clearly mentioning about whole of episode(and 727 hours between the product delivery and raising the complain)
Again got the call with repeat exercise of pretending to listen as if they will give solution but what I got was again the repeated Answer of 30 Days.
Today I raised the question about the policy of 45 days buyer protection but the answer was same as previous
I agree You may have certain policy which you may not be deviating even to 1%(instead of 720 hrs I raised issue in 727 hrs i.e. in 1.01 times of your time frame) But cant the Flipkart team read the mail before responding it and wasting the time of both ends
