We have ordered laptop, which was promised to be delivered in 7 days. But it did not reached after 16 days. No intimation, no communication. No place to contact/ connect. No responsibility, cancellation by supplier directly, money refund still delayed. Everything outdated in this times. Now I don’t wonder why Flipkart is lagging behind and am sure head bad services
