Worst customer service experience

I had placed order for 3 items on 17th September. The site said delivery time as 2-3 business days. They lost the delivery in transit and had no clue about it. when I cancelled my order they all of sudden found the lost order. It was suppose to be delivered to me on 26th. I dint receive it, when I called they said tomorrow. Today the status show in transit to New delhi facility.


Worst customer experience.Vodafone & BSNL have better customer executives. They dont care about customers neither are they aware of what is happening. They place me on hold for 7 mins and then I disconnected.


I don’t recommend flipkart to anybody.
