Flipkart sud be flopkart. Was my first experience with them. Ordered a hair curler (OD20918212700) on 18th september for my sister’s b’day. Delivery was shown within 6 to 8 days. So requested for early delivery if possible. But got an arrogant and rude no from the customer service exec stating that nothing can be done about shipping out of the stipulated time frame. So waited till today.
Since there were no activity abt shipping from them. Called them again, and got the response that they are unable to cite reason of non-shipment till date. After sometime got a email stating that item is not available and they cancelled the order.Therefore, fellow netizens, beware of Flipkart.
Mega disappointed.
