I bought a router( OD1030269857693157160) from flipkart.com I was happy that I am going to get a new router and was eagerly waiting for it to deliver, on the third day I got it delivered, Packing was great I UNboxed the router and started to set up it and after an hour I found some problem with it so I tried to solve it but I was not able to, I checked with isp person too.
Hence I thought it was a router fault and placed an replacement request I was told their executive will call me and help me with my issue.
I got a call from them as I told my issue, He issued some instruction to try, after he conformed that its routers fault he approved for a replacement(flipkart provides 30 day replacment) and I got a confirmation sms . after few days I got a call "sir we are hear to pick up " I gave him the faulty router and got a new brand router then and their it self .
I was happy and removed packaging and started to set up the router & finally it worked. I am very thankfull for the good service from filpkart
