Flipkart big scam under smart Upgrade plan

Flipkart is doing big scam/fraud with the customer in name of Smart Upgrade Plan. I humbly request all customers for boycotting Flipkart for such a fraud. Don’t wait for the same as this may be happened with you in future.

Now lets us elaborate the matter in detailed. Last year 03.10.2022 I had purchased Realme GT Master(Luna White, 128 GB) as on 03.10.2021 on FLIPKART.COM under Smart Upgrade plan of(Rs149) with handset value Rs27, 999/- order id OD22301001258200400.

Under Smart Upgrade plan at the time of purchase Filpkart gave us the option to pay 70% upfront amount and make payment of balance payment of 30% amount within one year or Purchase of new handsets in case of returning old handsets without making of payments of 30%.

So I have taken taken Smart Upgrade and paid the 70% amount I.e Rs 19, 599 amount as a upfront payment and for Balance amount of Rs8400/-Flipkart gave me the facility to pay Balance amount of Rs8400/- within one year to keep handssets or to upgrade the handsets with new one without any exchange value but no need to bay balance 30% amount.

Afterward amount of Rs8400 was reflected as outstanding in My Filpkart Paylater Account.

Also in that plan Flipkart kept window for payment of balance 30% amount or upgrading with new handset.

On 04.07.2022 payment window was open to make payment of balance 30% amount and in October 2022 they had opened window for smart upgrade.

As I wanted to keep the handsets with me hence as on 04.07.2022 I had made balance amount of Rs8400 towards balance amount of Realme GT Master(Luna White, 128 GB) as per terms and conditions of Smart Upgrade Plan through my Standard Chartered Bank Smart Credit Card Last four Digit 6577 vide transaction id no.74056632186218562516924.

Despite made payment as on 04.07.2022 they did not adjust amount of Rs8400 in paylater account and now paylater bill were generated as on 01.11.2022 and amount of Rs8400 still reflecting outstanding.

I had escalated the matter on Flipkart customer care on 24.10.2022 but till then they asked me to wait 24 to 48 hours but still my complaint is pending and on 05.11.2022 is the last day of payment of Flipkart Paylater bill otherwise they will lock the handsets and report to Credit Bureau as a defaulter customer.

Flipkart did another fraud under Smart Upgrade plan as purchased Oppo Reno 6 5g handsets with handset value Rs29, 9909/under Smart Upgrade plan as on 18.10.2022 order id OD223142668190642000.

I Paid Rs20993 as 70% upfront payment as a upfront payment and for Balance amount of Rs8997/-Flipkart gave me the facility to pay Balance amount of Rs8997/- within one year to keep handsets or to upgrade the handsets with new one without any exchange value but no need to bay balance 30% amount.

Afterward amount of Rs8997 was reflected as outstanding in My Filpkart Paylater Account and total outstanding were Rs17397(Rs8, 400+Rs8, 997)

As I did not want to keep Oppo Reno 5g further so I had upgraded this handsets with Samsung Galaxy F23 5G as on 17.09.2022 with order id OD226027309193550000 so I got Rs100 as a handsets exchange value as per terms and conditions of Smart Upgrade plan.

Despite upgrading the handset with new one duly fulfilling condition of Smart Upgrade Plan Flipkart did not adjust amount of Rs8997 in paylater account and now paylater bill were generated as on 01.11.2022 and amount of Rs8997 still reflecting outstanding.

Now I have to pay an amount of Rs17397(Rs8400+Rs8997) as on 05.11.2022 despite I had made payment of Rs8400 as on 04.07.2022 and upgraded the handsets as on 17.09.2022.
