Cheating customers by selling poor quality product

As Bangalore based customer I have been buying from Flipkart for last 6-7 years when they were not well-known in etail market. But they have now become a bunch of cheat selling poor quality product and when customer approach hem for guarantee, hide behind so called guarantee rule to deny any action. Recently I had purchased one Baltra Electric Kettle(model BHC 101) from Flipkart(order no. OD104986392311651000) for my daughter, delivered to her on 23rd January 2016. Within one month it stopped working.

When I wrote to Flipkart and copy marked their CEO Mr. Sachin Bansal, got standard reply that since it has crossed 10 days, they will not replace it. I have to contact Baltra for any warranty support. When I contacted this Delhi based company two times on  6th and 8th   March 2016 and lodged complaint they religiously noted the details and assured that their service franchisee of Bangalore will attend it. But till date nobody attended the complaint or taken action to replace it.

So this is story of so-called market leader of etail and their supplied product. Earlier for off-line purchase you could have catch hold of the shop keeper, but now that is not possible from such on-line retailer. People should think and decide whether they continue to buy and being cheated or not.

Update: After my the above post, there was change of heart of Flipkart. They contacted my daughter and offered refund as one off gesture. Yesterday they picked up the faulty item from our address and refunded the full amount to our bank account. By this action, Flipkart has done justice to their reputation of being the market leader in etail business. Thank you Flipkart.
