I had ordered a talking Baby alive doll for my kid by paying around 3000 in advance. I got a mail saying my product will be delivered within 3 to 4 days. After 2 days when I checked the status, it showed me that it has reached a warehouse which is just 3 km from my house.
Then I called the cust care and asked them to deliver it. But that fellow rudely denied saying it will be delivered only after 4 days. what the heck? When I asked him to transfer to his supervisor, he again denied the same saying he has no supervisor.
The next day I again called them and requested for a delivery. But again the same thing. They denied. I then asked for a cancellation of the order and a refund. But they told me if I cancel now, Ill get the refund only after 2 weeks as the product will go back to the origin and after that the refund will be processed. Note the discrepancy here. The product can arrive in 2 days but can go back only in 2 weeks.
I did not cancel the order after hearing this and just waited. The product arrived only after 5 days and that too after 8pm in the night. So be careful while paying in advance as youll be at their mercy after they get the money.
