All dis while flipkart has been advertising for easy return policies which is entirely untrue. I purchased a product a month back and I have placed d return request 7 times.
And still d product is not picked up. The excuse customer care people gave was mam ur contact details were wrong. So while delivering the product dey didn’t need the contact details.Worst return policies ever!!
