Yet another customer, same story. Im unable to understand the Ideology of Flipkart. Cheating Customer, harassment and Faud has become a common practice in the company and principle to serve society/community is lost gone.
My experience: As most of the excited customers, I too wait for big billion days in flipkart, year after year. this time I planned to purchase a LED TV from BBD sale. The offers were quite g ood and thus I opted to Buy.
I purchased a ONIDA 43inch Smart TV 43FIS, it was a Fassured product, which mean its quality assured by flipkart. The TV was listed in Flipkart as Full HD 19020 X 1080P screen resolution. I was very happy with the deal and ordered it straight away.
To my surpise when the product was delivered and installed, I was unable to play any FHD videos, Smart TV would have access to internet and Youtube. I tried searching the FHD videos it played but with the Max video quality of 720P.
I then downloaded couple of apps from Google play store to check the Screen resolution and the got the SHOCK of my life - the resolution listed as 1280 X 720P, thats not at all Full HD.
There were other customer facing the same issue, flipkart did agreed for replacement. but how will it solve the problem I dont understand.
TV itself is not FHD, so even if its replaced ill be stuch with another same model with 720P screen along with mental harassment to replace again.
what is the point of Fassured! when you cant deliver the right product to right consumer. Had I not checked, or If I did not have an idea of screen resolution. I would have been bluffed & Cheated.(I do feel cheated now as well).
Flipkart should learn and understand they are in Business because of their Customers/Consumers, not because of the Brands.
