Flipkart - Big (Billion) Fooling Days

Hi Guys,


I am writing this review to update you guys that pls beware of flipkart big billion days sale as they take your money & make false promises or will provide you wrong details, just to waste your time and give them more time for making cheap products.


I have purchased one recliner on 06th Oct 2016, on this fraud website & I have been given an instant mail of confirmation with a tracking id from bluedart(which was a normal process). the delivery date shown at the time of purchasing was 03rd Nov 2016 & I was very much ok for this.


I used to keep on tracking the status on daily basis & finally on 24th Oct 2016, it showed me that the product is out for delivery - I was super excited. I asked my parents to stay at home as the recliner would be surprise for them. Out of curiosity, I called up bluedart to check the approx time for delivery. what they updated me was really shocking. They said the tracking details does not belongs to you as its reflecting some other person’s name. product is different, address is different etc.


I then followed up with flipkart & they replied me that bluedart is doing a mistake. Both were playing games with me & I thought my money is gone & even my product. A mAnasultanger level person asked me to wait till 25th Oct 2016 @ 10 am for the solution, till then they cant do anything. which was very wrong of them. I asked them to send me a mail for their misatke(as proof with me) but when they mailed me in writing, they never mentioned the scenario & top of that the time asked was increased by 24 - 48 Hrs. their mAnasultangers disconnect the call when you shout on them. their people do not know to speak with customers. They make false promises to you before the aishwaryasingh23ment.


Guys I need to understand, If I wouldn’t have given a call to these cheaters, they wouldn’t have realised this mistake & I would have came to know the whole scenario on delivery date. At that time they would have taken an action on this. Such ridiculous & idiotic people.


I asked them to provide me the new tracking number which they failed to update. Rather than finding me a solution, they are blaming me for wrong reasons mentioning that I am asking for urgent delivery before time. They should have investigate & fought with vendor and not with me.


Surprisingly the vendor gave me a call on 24th Oct 2016 mentioning the same details & promised me to provide the tracking number on 25th Oct 2016 as the shipment is already with bluedart. Now, he just called up & provided the tracking id which I checked on website & it says the shipment has been picked up from the vendor on 25th Oct 2016 early morning @ 00:03 hrs. That means these guys are so idiots to understand that we normal puRobotouchc are fool to know this. I am sure they have sent a defective crap instead of brand new product & I am santoshkr80 file a case against them.


They are not in a position to provide me any solution till date.


Finally, I decided to launch a complaint against the flipkart & HNG retailer.


All the details & require proof are attached in JPEG file format.


pls beware of these frauds known as flipkart.com
