I ordered for Bayliss and hardening shampoo and I received a completely different product in the package. I contacted the customer care ON 14.9.2013 and registered an official complaint. It is now 20th and there has been no action taken on the issue.
I have called them repeatedly and customer care is extremely confused about the return process. They have promised reverse pick up every day of the call, and next day upon calling they said pick up could not be done due to technical difficulty.
Why set up a technical portal if you got such grave technical issues?
Ps. Kindly fire your customer care unit. Flipkart.com is the most confused out of all the online customer supports I have ever talked to.
