From last couple of weeks i’ve an bad experience with flipkart services & product that I ordered. The most important I wasted my time. I ordered for a Tempered Glass of a specific company & received a screen guard. Then when I returned the product they scheduled return pick up immediately but the delivery boy refused to take back product due to mismatch of item but he suggested me what to do. The I did the same and returned with product mismatch option that ordered a received b.
That was approved & taken by the person. Then again when I received the exchanged product I was surprised at first bcs the product was wrapped inside a ladies garment packet. For a while I thought that the product would be the garment as packed but when one of of my fried opened that packet he found a tempered glass of unknown brand & no labels on that glass. Just a local product wrapped with a paper. The size was also not fitted with my tabs screen. SO again I returned the product today & claimed my money. So whose mistake is this seller, packer they are not solving these issues.
