I am really glad to talk about Flipkart shopping experience.It provides best services to It’s customers.I am sharing my personal experience of shooping through Flipkart.I ordered a phone Karbonn A52+ at lowest price rs.2200 from flipkart in 2015 while all other shopping sites were selling it above 2500 rs. after 3 days of placing my order I got my phone from flipkart.I was sad when I started using the phone it’s earphone was not working but when I talked to flipkart customer care executive he immediately took action on my problem and he told me that sir you can replace your phone easily and if you are not satisfied with replaced phone then you can request your money back in 7 days after delivery of phone.I decide to replace and I got it next day and I was very happy with thier fast service.and I am still using that phone for home it is working nicely. now I am using Lyf phone personally and karbonn a52+ for home.So I want to say that flipkart is trustable online shopping company.It provides best services to It’s customers 24/7.
