I have ordered 3 products from flipkart before and I got them delivered perfectly and especially on time.
Keeping that in mind I ordered my 4th one even though better pricing was available from other stores.Ordered Samsung galaxy tab 2 on 31st may.. order number OD20531200677. On June 1st it was shown that product was shipped.But tracking ID they give showed me invalid in bluedart website when I checked on jun 5.
Here starts my horrible experience. I told customer care to cancel my order n refund me my amount 19930 rs.. They told it will be credited back to my wallet account within 24hrs. It didnt and they just made me call them every now and then .. more than 6 times.Every time they continue asking me 24hrs time.. Just made me a FOOL !!! am I a customer I thought..!! :(
2 weeks, my money got blocked with them.. was not able to make a purchase atleast from other stores...
Today June 14 evening they called me and said my money will be credited back to my bank account within six days !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t know what to say atleast they r trying to give back. ’m so lucky .. :-p
I learned a lesson .. Better do not buy anything above 5000 rs from flipkart ..
1.No surety ..
2.Pricing not better
3.No guarantee ..
4.Poor service support as far from my own experience ..
Feeling so sad to write this review about ma favourite store... Flipkart..
But this time they really made me frustrated ...
I don’t think I will make any future orders unless they better their service and Pricing
