ORDER - ORDER placed very well and simple u placed easily
DELIVERY, - not to fast but good I think flipkart wants to chng in this field
RETURN AND REPLACEMENT - ONly few itme are returned otherwise only replacement policy for limited period
REFUND PROCESS - its take small long time but good its take 7days for refund
CUSTOMERS SERVICES - ya good service provide by company
