Poor Service and Delivery time

Flipkart Service is hopeless they deliberately delay calls and deliberately disconnect the call and hardly work on the issue.


The Front end team, service support team seem to be incapable and indecisive as they do not know how to act with the customer except using few phrases like sorry, We regret for the inconvenience caused by us, after saying these two lines another phrase they use as if they are serving customer - "Anything else I can help you with". Finally the escallation is completed without really resolving the issue.


The order which I placed is taking almost a months time but the change in order is not acceptable after 24 hours of placing the order. Is this not a monotonous behaviour of the shopping culture developed by Flipkart?


On this there were several attempts I made, firstly on the delivery schedule and then on change in the order but all went waste. Finally I decided to give a review to online shoppers to be cautious of shopping.
