If you compare any other eCommerce site in country, this is the best so far. Since last 4-5 years I got all my orders delivered promptly. Never had any issue.
A few examples where every other eCommerce site has failed:
a) Recently I bought a nokia phone in billion day sale at a very good deal. The phone had a small defect. Power button was very loose. Flipkart has promptly sent a replacement.
b) All orders delivered on time.
c) All items were genuine and as described.
d) Customer care is easily accessible.
e) Website is very stable and fast. Never had failed payment issues.
Flipkart never used to offer discounts earlier. It was known for promptness, quality and reliability. Now, recently due to severe competition it also started offering great bargains.
It has to expand its logistics. Many items are not shipped to even to tier-II cities.

Amazon:
It has brought Amazon India to knees. I had worst experience with amazon with all my past 5 orders purchased under best deal flagged undeliverable after keeping me waiting for 4 weeks. For which I already wrote my experience in Mouthshut.
Shopclues: Good deals but many times there is procurement delays and order gets cancelled. Also sometimes product is not as described. Negative reviews are deleted.
Snapdeals: I find the website too messy. There are shipment delays. Deals are not very attractive. It tries to copy Flipkart.
Infibeam: No great deals. Poor collection of products.
