I had recently ordered a Hard disk from flipkart and it reached to my nearest HUB( around 2 KM from My home) on 5th July morning 6 AM.I called Flipkart around 11 AM on 5th July after seeing status not changed "out for delivery" The lady who picked the phone was not able to help me and asked me to wait for next 36 hrs to get my delivery .I dont know delivering within in 4 KM from HUB how does it take 36 hrs .Where nowadays Pizza boys are delivering pizza in 30 Min from the same distance .
Anyway on 6th July around 2 PM I got a call from flipkart and the person had fully planned to cancel the order instead of answering why it was not delivered yesterday . Also its very funny that flipkart does not have any escalation level and the 1st level support is last level support .
