I ordered the refrigerator on 24th march 2020, due to covid-19 its got cancelled by Flipkart only on 9th April 2020. okay fine understood the situation.
Then again we ordered the same product on 24th may having delivery date of 28th may. but its got delivered on 1st June with too many followups and enquiries.
Listen here, how they delivered you know its very sad to see my product because the base of the package is completely pealed off before entering into my home and I asked them to show any damages are happened. yes its got with defective leg, due to the not ble to level the fridge at all and its dancing.
So I requested to return my product on the same day. but almost 18days there is no update from Flipkart. whats going? Whats wrong with you? Day by day waiting with patience but no result till now. Whats this?
Mainly service happened to me this time. is really disappointed. not yet all expected. Due to Flipkart I purchased online, now saying reasons due to covid19, then how Amazon is delivering in such a super fast mode. In this one order time I have received orders in amazon and one return has successfully completed with in one day.
Worst worst experience in my life ever.
