My experience with Flipkart was good.but their customer service is poor compared to Amazon.customer had to wait for hours for getting a reply from them.there may be shipping delay for some items especially during festive season.it will be great if they are using indiapost as courier for delivery to remote areas.once the item is shipped, flipkart always deliver fast
