I really dont know what happened to Flipkart customer service, I have been using this service more than 4 years, I was really amazed to see the responsibility and customer service from them.
But last month I placed an order, Order ID: OD30618001760, I received the item, but the consignment was delivered without an invoice, I have send mails to Flipkart customer service, for each mail they will send reply mentioning
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and delay caused.
On june 28 I got a reply as [Incident:130628-000970]Thank you for writing in.
Please give us 3 working days and we will check and get back to you with an update on your request.
Your patience is appreciated.
I have been patiently waiting more than 3 weeks, and send a reminder again on 19th July and got a reply on 20 July as follows
