Hello ALL,
The Nexus 6P which I have received is just a piece of Idiot packed in a sophisticated box. Out of box device has 4 issues(3 hardware and 1 software).
1) Nexus 6P is not showing the storage in my computer(MTP mode)
2) Notification LED not working(Enabled pulse LED / tried LightFlow app)
3) Fingerprint Sensor is intermittently working(Prompts for a PIN)
4) Not able to use Google Nearby Device(TRYAGAIN error)
This happened to me with the first device which is shipped from flipkart, once have all the issues discussed with flipkart they gave me a piece of software(Smartcheck) which made me to reboot the device(Crash). They rejected the replacement(This is a hardware issue and tried to troubleshoot using an app).
After talking to Huawei tech support got the replacement for the first shipped device, went 5 kms to collect the device from EKart and this second out of box device had 5 issue(3 hardware and 2 software) same 4 issues which was with the first device and a new issue(Google Service stopped working).
Flipkart has wasted my time(4 days), cellphone battery(4 - 5 hours on call with flipkart), energy(Talking to a flipkart L1 guy who dont understand English), Bill(Credit card Rate of Interest) and Petrol(5 kms approx.)
Later when I was talking to a Manager he was not ready to commit for a compensation for wasting my resources. He was good and had no options(Limitations). Later no compensation from WS Retail / Huawei.
This is not the first time I have faced the issue with flipkart(Literally 5th time). No help from flipkart.
If flipkart has no compensation policy, why you cheated me? No answer from anyone. Horrible service. Moving to a different online shopping site for further business.
I dont know how NDTV has gave 9 ratings for Huawei Nexus 6P with 5 issues on 2 devices as per my experience, (https://gadgets.ndtv.com/huawei-google-nexus-6p-2999)
In Flipkart before customer buy device you let him to talk to flipkart person who can convince customer but after buying a production for return / replacement you tell us to use an app / website. This is terrible.(Before buying one rule and after buying another rule).
No one is taking responsibility for this issue, I know with this feedback nothing is gonna change but still I am showing my frustration.
