This is highly pathetic that your team so called FLIPKART is a lier, cheater, pseudo and fraud. I got a HTC Desire 816 2 weeks back from WS retail for Rs. 22512. When I received the box, within that brown box - the charger was missing from phone. I called FLIPKART momentarily and got the replacement done.
Now starting september 25th; it is now getting heatup on charging and while talking on call; it clearly means that it is a bad product. I raised the request of replacement and it says that it will take 2 days to call you. I called in monday morning(the 2nd day) and Monalisa - CCE said it takes 4 business days to call you. When I asked why she said policies have changed. I asked her why is not reflecting here on customer portal; she said it might not have changed here.
I paid using my credit card for 6 EMIs. I have just paid one and I need my phone to be replaced ASAP means ASAP any how because I wont/ no one will use such a phone!
