I am a regular at Amazon and have bought so many things from there that Ive lost count. My first experience with Flipkart today was disappointing. After making the payment through netbanking, the processing did not come through full cycle - all I got was a "Transaction Status - Error Encountered" message.
This is unacceptable. After mailing customer support, there isnt even an auto-generated reply saying the request will be processed. More anxiety! So far the user experience is sub-par. I feel most of these sites are under-tested. I hope this is not a result of using Chrome browser as I have noticed in some other gateways. Sigh!
