It was 1 of my fav shopping site. But now I dont trust dem. I had ordered a selfie stick to gift on my best friends bday. Dey had put up a image of Phroton selfie stick and wen I received the package I got some local brand stick named HPD. I was so dissappointed and I asked for replacement as I got wrong shipment they again sent me the same HPD selfie stick. later on I was very disappointed and I even wrote negative comments on Facebook Twitter etc but they failed to do anything about the same. There are many negative comments on Facebook about Flipkart that people have change the name of Flipkart to fakekart. I even call their customer service centre and wasted my hours talking to everybody and explaining my problem but still no effort from there and they don’t even provide the sellers details and the address mentioned of the seller where wrong. So I have lost the faith in this site and I have reduced shopping on it. All I could say it was a good online shopping site but now it is got too many customers and so it doesn’t mind losing a few customers. I hope they get back like before and to customers who have lost their faith in Flipkart would come back and enjoy and enjoy their shopping like before.
