I PURCHASED THE INTEX DESKTOP FROM FLIPKART. AS PER FLIPKART POLICY THE DESKTOP COMPUTERS ARE NOT MENTIONED IN NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS.
THE INTEX DESKTOP WAS NOT WORKING ON ARRIVAL. WHEN I TRIED TO GET IT RETURNED AND GET MY REFUND, FLIPKART IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO REFUND. IT CAN ONLY ALLOW ME REPLACEMENT. THAT MEANS I HAVE TO WAIT AGAIN FOR 20 DAYS APPROX THE GET IT REPLACED. AND NO GUARANTEE THAT THE REPLACEMENT WILL WORK.
AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY HIRE THE DELIVERY BOYS WHO DONT READ THE CONTENT AND THEY DONT KNOW WHAT IS INSIDE THE BOX WHILE DELIVERING. THEY DUMP IT LIKE A COTTON PILLOW. NO WONDER THE COMPUTER IS NOT WORKING ON ARRIVAL.
