I bought my first mobile from flipkart and it was my first online shopping in e commerce website. Flipkart mostly give original product no doubt about it and it gives 30days replacement opportunity which attracts people to use flipkart for shopping, but the main point is that I am comparing the cost of different product with Amazon and in most product Amazon price is low than flipkart, which shocked me and the other thing is that flipkart didnot change the price of products according to market price but Amazon do that which I think is negative point of flipkart.
People thought that flipkart is giving more discount but after giving much discount it’s costlier than Amazon. I request you to take necessary steps in this matter.
