I’m really satisfied with Flipkart. On time delivery and excellent products. Definitely will use it in future. Customer service can be improved a little bit. other than that, no issues with flipkart.
And app design is very good and smooth.
I have been ordering from flipkart since 2013 and have never been disappointed yet But to compete with Amazon India they have to improve their customer service.
