Flipkart is losing its customer base just because of high delivery charges and unavailability in many places.
For many products the delivery time is increasing day by day. I don’t know why they are doing this. Even the customer support is losing its ground with very slow response. The products are available at much higher rate as compared to its competitors like snapdeal.
No new service endorsed by flipkart while snapdeal and amazon is regularly updating their services and creating new group of customers for their website. It includes the food, grocery and online recharging services.
