I just would like to warn my fellow citizens, please please please don’t even look at Flipkart online shopping. They are basically online robbers without any ethics of online business and trust. This is my third experience and trust me I am not going to look at Flipkart any more. I purchased a mattress on Oct 11 and their promised delivery date was given as Oct 28. On Oct 28, I get a message that my promised delivery date is changed to Nov 2 and on Nov 2 I again got a msg that my delivery date has been changed to Nov 6. When I tried to cancel online, there is no option. When called their customer care, they said sorry but you can’t cancel it. These idiots at customer care also don’t have answer for anything and they are helpless. I don’t know if I get the product ever or not. But believe me they are not even 1% as compared to amazon. They are just online robbers. Beware fellow shoppers.
