Dear Mr. Rajiv Kucchal,
Does you people always do the same with each and every customer as you have done with me. I booked a Samsung Music duos S6012 phone over Flipkart with WS Retail with showed the costing as Rs 5299/-.
First of all wanted to know the valid reason for cancellation of Order.
If your company cannot provide the phone at the price shown and booked then why the hell you people book the phones or any other product.
This is a pure case of cheating by FLIPKART and WS RETAIL.
I am Ready to Wait for some more time for the phone, so you can deliver the same by 5th August 2013.
I dont think so that this letter will reach you at all.
Flipkart CEO has Questioned the Forbes India for their comment, but Mr. Sachin should see the things going on in his organization first of all, then poke his nose in others opinion.
Flipkart has written in mail, I can buy the same product with other vendors as well, but let me tell you Flipkart People/ Employees that for Loyalty you should provide the same product and at same cost booked earlier.
Please I request Mr. Rajiv and Mr. Sachin to resolve the issue, and if you cannot provide the Product then its your wish to do so. but you will loose out the Customers.
