I ordered a set of 4 cd’s at Rs.418. they confirmed the order, then after a few days they informed me that they would be sending the same at the revised price of some Rs1800/- the customer care people were very patient and kept saying that they "understand". what they understood- only they know- possibly that their bosses have told them that all customers are idiots. Flipkart was a great site to shop at, but seems that their business plan is failing and so is the customer service- probably we have better alternatives.
