I received my Transcend 2GB RAM just now, exactly 48 hours after I had placed the order. Well what more could I ask for. Though I must confess that I have not tried the RAM, I will do so after writing this review.
So many of you might think of why am I writing this review within minutes of receiving this product. Well I was READING the reviews about Flipkart(mostly bad ones) when I received the RAM. I read bad reviews(for a product) as it gives a fair idea of how a company deals with its dissatisfied coustomers and what lenght they can go to redress their grievances.
This was my first dealing with flipkart and frankly I am impressed by their 48 hour delivery. After this, I would definitely be ordering some more things.
But many customers have complained about the lack of any complaint number being given to them. I think that Flipkart must give their dissatisfied customers a complaint number so that if the customer needs to call again and again(there are many case like these for flipkart), they wont have to explain everything to the helpdesk again and will help flipkart to identify problem areas much better.
Also word of mouth publicity(good or bad) can make or break a business. I bought from flipkart because one of my friend had good experience with flipkart(had not seen the reviews on mouthshut then:) But after reading the reviews, a hint of doubt has crept in my mind. So make your customers happy.
But on the whole, Flipkart is much better online store(and a little bit cheaper) than most of the other. I would recommend Flipkart to all based on my(very very limited) experience.
