I recently ordered a laptop from Flipkart n chose EMI as my mode of payment. Cost of the laptop was~28000 which including the interest went upto 30, 000+.
Now. I have bought tons of stuff from this portal n this very time they were " unable to lacate " my address n cancelled my order without even making an attempt of calling me. Customer care rep conveniently said he is unable to help me& they will refund the cost of laptop which means I will have to pay the extra charges from my pocket.
Again the rep was " unable to help me"& suggested I should call my bank instead. Unfortunately I cant give zero stars or Zero ratings here. Flipkart. I know it wont harm u by losing a small consumer like me. But still. U’ve lost a consumer instead. Thanks for your otherwordly service! Keep fooling people. Thanks.
