Flipkart has become so unprofessional and it doesnt care about its customers anymore because of whom it axists.
I experienced an issue where I was delivered a wrong product twice ( after replacement also) .
Next day I raised a refund request and after few days received a massage from Ekart that your product well be picked up today. When I called them to check the time around when thay will come to pic my product up, started giving excuses we have not received a confirmation email from our local hub,
Hance we will pick up your product onec we receive that email and thay didnt come for pick up, twice. Thank you.
